I bought these for my son for his 2 year old birthday. While the ice cream cart itself is useless, the Manny and Mr. Lopart figurines are PERFECT for a 2 year old. Too many of the Manny toys are too complicated for this age group. I wasn't looking for anything that made noise or had little parts to get lost. All my son does is carry his Handy Manny guys around, playing creatively with them. They fit in his hands just right. Definitely would not buy these if you are looking for the toy to work as described - you can't exactly "fix" the cart. I rated this item 5 stars, however, because my son plays with the little guys all day. On a side note, Mr. Lopart is hilarious with his comb-over and stunned expression. My older children really get a kick out of it.
